Orders placed through the Castelbel online shop are only processed during factory working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (GMT), excluding Portuguese public and bank holidays.
Once payment has been confirmed, your order will be prepared and dispatched within up to 3 working days.
During exceptional periods, such as sales, public holidays, special campaigns such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday, holiday periods, or peaks in order volume, preparation and dispatch times may be longer.
For mainland Portugal, transit time is up to 3 working days after dispatch.

Transit time refers to the period between the order leaving our warehouse and being received by the customer, after the order has been processed for dispatch.

You will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to proceed. Returns must only be made using the carrier indicated and following the instructions provided by Castelbel.
Personalised products, samples and gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift bags are available to purchase at checkout, each with an associated unit cost.
We also provide free gift boxes for purchases of several units from certain product categories, namely Hand & Body Washes, Body Lotions and Soaps.
We do not offer gift-wrapping paper.
For safety reasons, products cannot be shipped inside gift bags or gift boxes.

Our carrier partners do not deliver to PO boxes, so a valid physical address must be provided.
If your order is still being prepared, it may be possible to change the delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible at shoponline@castelbel.com, providing the correct address.
